Gideon Dandereng eclares Zero Tolerance on Corruption.
They Newly Appointed Management Committee Chairman of Jos South Local Government Council, Hon Amb. Gideon Dandereng on Wednesday, 28th April, 2021 held a meeting with the Management and the Staff of the Council.
While addressing the staff of the council,he appreciated their warm reception and solicited for their cooperation for a smooth running of the Local Government Area in other to boast the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for the growth and development of the area and state at large.
While addressing the staff,Gideon Dandereng emphasised that his administration will introduce what is called the "integrity test" as his administration would not tolerate laziness to work and also declared zero tolerance on corruption.
Dandereng promised to give priority to the staff welfare in other to motivate them to work hard to assist in the generation of IGR for massive development.
The Director of Personnel Management of the Council represented by the Deputy DPM spoke on behalf of the management staff in appreciating the Chairman and promised to give in their maximum support to further enhance the smooth operation of the LGA for its growth and development.
Speaking on behalf of the union groups of the Council,the NULGE Chairman, Mr Stephen Jok appreciated the new chairman for his resilience and actions since assumption of office yesterday and they place so much confidence on his administration considering his track records.They solicited on behalf of the staff & union to kindly pay off all their outstanding arrears.
Hon Gideon Dandereng while responding pleaded for the staff to give him little time to critically study the handover notes he received just yesterday, but he assured them that their welfare would be prioritized.
