2020 DEMOCRACY DAY CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE FROM DR & MRS PATRICK S.DAKUM PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI GCFR, GOVERNOR SIMON BAKO LALONG AND NIGERIANS

I, Dr Patrick Dakum, the Chief Executive Officer, Institute for Human Virology of Nigeria,Abuja on behalf of my self,my family and the entire Staff of the IHVN, Abuja, wishes to felicitate with the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbanjo GCON, the Senate President, the workaholic Executive Governor of Plateau State and Chairman of the Nigerian Northern Governors'  Forum, Rt. Hon. Barr.
